Guest Experience Concierge - Warm Hospitality

The Ivy Collection is seeking a professional Receptionist to welcome guests with a warm, polished approach and to assist with information on the restaurant and specials. You will communicate allergen details to the kitchen to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Applicants should demonstrate excellent English, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to outstanding guest service. This is a part-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week and a variety of benefits on offer.
