Guest Experience Associate (Maternity Cover)

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Reception Team Member for a fixed-term maternity cover at Bridgewood Manor Hotel and Spa, Chatham. You'll be the first point of contact, greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, maintain an organised front desk, and deliver memorable, high-quality service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
