Guest Experience & Reservations Lead

MJMK Restaurants is seeking a Senior Guest Relations Manager for Casa do Frango, London Bridge. You will run the door, manage a high-volume reservation book and ensure guests receive unforgettable experiences from first contact to farewell.

Reporting to the Senior General Manager, you will lead the host team, optimise seating, grow covers and maintain guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting at London Bridge's two-floor space.
