Guest Experience & Operations Lead (Duty Manager)

Kilkea Castle in Ireland is seeking a Full Time Senior Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate various departments effectively. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for guests, handle complaints, and maintain high standards of service.

The ideal applicant will have supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to exceptional service. Flexible shift work is required, along with a minimum of 12 months' valid work permit.
