Guest Experience Ambassador (Customer Care)

McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to be the face of our restaurant, greeting guests and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.

You'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere-making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising events, and listening to customers' needs-while maintaining cleanliness and communicating customer satisfaction to the manager.
