Guest Experience Ambassador - Reception

Accor York Centre is seeking a guest-focused team member to greet guests, check them in, respond to requests, and settle accounts with exceptional service. You will promote hotel facilities and enrol guests in Accor Loyalty, while maintaining strong communication with departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Experience in hospitality and familiarity with Opera are beneficial. A proactive approach to problem solving and English fluency are essential for success in this role at this location.
