The Grand Hotel Birmingham on Colmore Row is seeking a Receptionist / Guest Service Agent to be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll ensure guests feel welcomed, valued and cared for from arrival to departure, providing warm, personal service and memorable moments.

This flexible role offers varied shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with a pay of £12.86 per hour plus service charges and gratuities, plus extensive staff benefits.
