Guest-Centric Hotel Housekeeper

Brightstar Hospitality Management in Birmingham is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to help ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, welcoming and well-presented. You will follow cleaning checklists, respond to guest requests, and work with the team to maintain high standards every day.

We value attention to detail, reliability and a positive, flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
