Guardian Experience & Retention Leader

Global Guardians is looking for a passionate Guardian Care Executive to oversee the guardian experience across our property portfolio. In this role, you will enhance customer satisfaction, support guardians from move-in to move-out, and resolve complaints effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a background in customer service or housing, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to manage sensitive situations. A competitive salary of £30,000 to £38,000 per annum is offered, alongside opportunities for professional development.
