Job Description
Rogo is seeking a driven GTM leader to build and grow an outbound prospecting function that feeds a high quality enterprise pipeline. You will mentor SDRs/BDRs, shape sequencing and messaging, and partner with AEs to ensure clean pre sales handoffs while aligning with marketing to lift top of funnel conversion.
You will thrive in a fast paced startup, bring MEDDIC rigor, and use CRM platforms and sequencing tools to drive repeatable, scalable outbound programs targeting financial services
