GTM Finance Partner: Growth & Forecasting Leader

Encord is seeking a commercially sharp Finance Business Partner to sit at the heart of our GTM organisation in London. You will own the full planning and forecasting cycle for GTM spend, building fiscal frameworks that link investment to pipeline, revenue, and unit economics.

This role is a blank canvas-building the financial infrastructure for GTM from the ground up, partnering with Growth and Sales, and delivering insights that drive strategic decisions with impact.
