GTM Executive Operations Partner

Vanta is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support three GTM executives and help them stay focused on high-impact work. The role requires sharp execution, strong judgment, and proactive problem-solving across time zones, with occasional NYC-area in-person participation.

You will join Vanta's centralized Executive Operations team, coordinating calendars, travel, and communications while aligning with cross-functional partners to ensure timely follow-ups and documented decisions.
