Growth Marketing Manager - Part Time

CV Screen is recruiting for a fantastic part-time Growth Marketing Manager to join a well-established, growing business based in Bath. This is a 100% office-based role offering a salary of £50,000 FTE plus an excellent benefits package. The successful candidate will take ownership of performance-led digital marketing activity, driving demand generation, brand visibility and revenue growth. Our client is a stable, mid sized organisation with a strong market presence, over a decade of trading history and an ambitious growth strategy, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer seeking impact and flexibility.

• Plan, deliver and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and social platforms
• Own email marketing activity, including campaigns, automation and performance improvement
• Analyse campaign data to improve ROI, lead quality and pipeline contribution
• Manage budgets, testing and optimisation to meet agreed performance targets
• Work closely with sales and creative teams to align campaigns and messaging

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong background in email marketing and marketing automation
• Confident using analytics tools to track, report and optimise performance

Salary is £50,000 FTE, plus an excellent benefits package including holidays, pension and other company perks. Part-time hours are offered with long-term career potential.

This role is based in Bath and is fully office-based. Easily commutable from Bristol, Keynsham, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Frome and Radstock.
