Growth Marketing Lead: Build a Scalable SME Insurance Engine

iwoca is building a new SME insurance business in the UK. We seek a Growth Marketing Lead to own the end-to-end marketing strategy, define our GTM, and run experiments across messaging, channels, pricing and customer journeys.

In this founding role, you'll launch campaigns across digital, partner, and offline channels, while building a scalable growth engine and eventual marketing team. Strong data, copy and automation skills are essential.
