About the role.
As we expand beyond student offers into new sectors and global territories, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to pioneer a smarter, scalable way to build and grow local partnerships across regions.
This is a unique blend of link building, community outreach, AI-assisted localization, and agile product marketing. You'll be instrumental in evolving what started as a high-impact SEO function into a repeatable model for entering new markets, languages, and communities-with speed and strategy.
We've already proven this approach works. Now we want to take it to the next level: more markets, more partners, more automation, and bigger impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop local link-building and outreach strategies tailored to specific market segments (e.g. students, schools, universities).
- Build long-term partnerships with organizations and communities that can amplify our reach and relevance.
- Leverage AI workflows and market data to personalize outreach and identify high-value opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to suggest product tweaks and requests that enable more scalable and successful partnerships.
- Use an agile mindset to test, learn, and pivot fast-owning an MVP-style loop of build, validate, scale (or sunset).
- Translate outreach efforts into long-term value: from links and traffic to trust and community engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, SEO, and commercial teams to build end-to-end partnership strategies.
- Constantly seek to automate, improve, and grow the scope of the function-and potentially spin off a team when the time is right.
A little bit about you.
We'd really like to hear from you, if you have:
- Experience in link building, PR outreach, or partnership development, ideally within a digital or SEO-led team.
- A growth mindset with the ability to zoom out and imagine how today's link-building campaign could become tomorrow's strategic partnership program.
- Comfort using data to prioritize, personalize, and persuade.
- A product-aware approach-understanding how internal development or platform changes can unlock new opportunities externally.
- Interest in agile marketing, MVP testing, and adaptable project cycles.
- Bonus: exposure to AI workflows, localization strategies, or launching campaigns across multiple languages/regions.
