Growth Lead: Build AI-Driven Demand Engine

Matchtech is recruiting its first Growth Lead to own the growth function end-to-end for an AI-powered platform serving UK lettings and estate agencies. The role is London-based (SW1H), office-based four days per week, permanent, full-time, with salary expectations DOE plus equity.

You will shape positioning, build a demand engine across content, events, organic and paid channels, and manage the funnel from first touch to qualified demo, ultimately scaling a repeatable engine and a small team.
