Growth Lead - Direct Mail & CRM (Data-Driven)

Lendable is seeking a Head of Direct Mail & CRM to own the channel end-to-end, from creative briefs to data pipelines, building a robust response model aligned to LTV data. You'll lead a function that combines hands-on model work with scalable operations, driving measurable outcomes in a fast-growing fintech.

You'll scale offline channels responsibly, partner with finance, data, product and engineering, and apply AI to improve targeting, ROI and retention across a high-growth consumer base.
