Growth-Focused Performance Marketing Lead

Select Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing digital consumer business to recruit a senior performance marketer. You will own paid acquisition and retention strategy, leading a three-person team and working across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, app acquisition and affiliates.

The role combines strategy, commercial ownership and hands-on execution, with a focus on CAC, LTV and profitability. You'll split time between Norfolk head office and London, with travel covered.
