Spruce, a UK-based renewables scale-up, is hiring a commercially minded account growth specialist to deepen relationships with hundreds of heat pump installers across the UK. You'll unlock value in our existing base, drive product adoption, and shape the go-to-market strategy over the next 18 months.

You'll partner with a small, passionate team, own revenue targets, and help installers scale their businesses while Spruce expands beyond heat pumps.
