Rituals Cosmetics in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead the team and drive excellent customer service. Based at Glasgow Braehead, you will coach colleagues, recruit and retain talent, and ensure smooth daily operations while modelling a positive store culture.

You will be second-in-command, taking charge when needed and acting as a role model for your team and ambassador for Rituals.
