Growth & Marketing Lead for Playbook: Own GTM & Growth

Better Collective is seeking a Head of Marketing & Growth to own the full marketing function for Playbook. You will drive new user acquisition, retention, and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product, analytics, design, and engineers.

You will lead end-to-end GTM across channels, manage budgets, and develop scalable growth programs. This role offers flexibility in work location and exposure to multiple markets, including the US, UK, and Brazil.
