About the role


Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for turning traffic into tangible results?

Rubio Monocoat, a global player in wood protection, is looking for a Growth & Data Manager who goes beyond A/B testing. You'll become a key player in our dynamic digital marketing & e-commerce team, driving the growth of multiple international brands and e-commerce platforms.

Your mission: analyze behavior, remove friction, and design seamless experiences that turn visitors into customers - across devices and markets.

Key Responsibilities


Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  • Define growth objectives across the full funnel - from acquisition to retention.
  • Set up and manage a growth experimentation framework (e.g. backlog, prioritization, weekly sprints).
  • Coordinate and execute A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and user flows.
  • Identify new channels, audiences, or value propositions that can drive growth.
  • Document and share learnings with relevant team members.


Data Analysis & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to deliver insights for marketing, e-commerce, and management.
  • Analyze customer behavior (e.g. traffic flows, drop-offs, conversions per channel or segment).
  • Conduct funnel analyses, cohort studies, and retention tracking.
  • Support CLV calculations and segment customers based on value or behaviour.
  • Detect friction and uncover opportunities through data.
  • Help automate reporting processes and explore the use of AI in predictive models or dynamic dashboards.
  • Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.


Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Identify conversion bottlenecks on the webshop or landing pages.
  • Map user behaviour using tools like GA4, heatmaps (e.g. Hotjar, Clarity).
  • Formulate hypotheses and design tests (e.g. copy, layout, flow optimizations).
  • Collaborate closely with UX/design teams and e-commerce colleagues to implement improvements.
  • Measure the impact of changes and build a CRO learnings knowledge base.
  • Success is defined by improved conversion rates, better retention, and enhanced data quality.


Tracking & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate event tracking through tools such as Google Tag Manager.
  • Maintain reliable conversion measurement across paid and owned channels.
  • Monitor attribution models and contribute to clear performance reporting.
  • Guarantee consistent, trustworthy data to support decision-making.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance marketers, a webmaster, and an automation specialist.
  • Foster alignment between marketing, data, and product teams to enable scalable growth.
