Growth & Brand Marketing Director

TiPJAR is seeking a hands-on Marketing Director to lead and deliver our day-to-day marketing activity, brand and performance from London. The role blends strategy, execution and team leadership to translate growth plans into campaigns and a strong sales pipeline.

You will develop the marketing engine to drive revenue growth and brand awareness, reporting to the CCO and Fractional CMO, while owning output and ensuring alignment with growth goals.
