What you will do

• Drive aggressive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, owning the full sales funnel from initial discovery to final closing.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and founders at venture-backed, high-growth companies.
• Establish the foundations for scalable outbound tactics and repeatable sales processes alongside the founding team.

The ideal candidate

• Proven sales track record in Seed to Series B environments, successfully driving multi-million pound revenue growth.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling fintech or SaaS solutions to finance executives and founders.
• An "Olympian" hunter mindset with a strong existing network and the resilience to thrive in a high-intensity startup environment.
