Job Description: Group Tax Manager

The Group Tax Manager will lead group tax reporting, including quarterly and year-end processes. Responsibilities include preparing tax notes, disclosures, and reconciliations in line with IAS 12, consolidating data from local entities and finance teams, and partnering with international finance teams to support tax filings and payments. The role also involves managing tax audits across African jurisdictions in collaboration with local teams and external advisors, as well as supporting transfer pricing documentation, M&A activity, and general tax advisory work.
