Group Talent Manager

We are currently recruiting a Group Talent Manager (Maternity cover - 1 year) based in London. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving recruitment excellence across multiple markets, including Switzerland and Luxembourg

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead the Talent Acquisition Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure high performance and collaboration
• Develop Market Strategies: Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to international markets, with a strong focus on Switzerland and Luxembourg
• Recruitment for Leadership Roles: Oversee and actively participate in hiring for senior executive positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• ATS Implementation: Drive the successful implementation and optimization of Application Tracking System to enhance recruitment efficiency
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic talent solutions
• Proven experiencein international talent acquisitionand team leadership
• Strong knowledge of Switzerland and Luxembourg labor marketsand recruitment practices
• Demonstrate ability to develop and execute market-specific strategies
• Hands-on experience with ATS implementation and management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Based in London and available for a one-year maternity cover assignment
