As a Group Sales Manager, you will lead our Outsource Workforce composed of BPO sales consultants. This team supports our outsourced SMB Sales Teams, focusing on SMB and partners (Accountants & Agencies). Responsibilities include operations and outcomes across third-party sites. You'll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams such as Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Learning & Development to build and execute strategies for ecosystem growth.

Part of our Global Business Solutions Group, Inbound Sales is a multi-channel organization focused on building customer confidence through Small Business expertise. Our Group Sales Managers should have excellent people development skills, think analytically, and balance short and long-term outcomes while effectively communicating to influence strategy. Inside Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and increasing existing customer engagement within the Intuit ecosystem.

We operate in a hybrid model in Victoria and London, with teams coming into the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
  1. Create a team culture that fosters learning, innovation, and excellence.
  2. Be accountable for sales and unit targets, analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions to accelerate growth.
  3. Establish key actions aligned with financial targets for the segment.
  4. Deeply care about sales as a craft, serving as a master teacher and coach in sales methodology.
  5. Identify gaps in sales conversations, coach teams, and partner with leadership to improve outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external partners to build revenue plans, staffing, and sales processes.
  7. Prepare presentations, share results, and lead discussions with leadership and supporting teams.
  8. Develop strategies to improve customer experience, conversion rates, and sales efficiencies.
  9. Identify new opportunities through customer insights, research, and industry trends, providing data-backed recommendations.
  10. Hire and develop top talent, fostering a collaborative and passionate team environment.
Minimum Requirements
  1. 5+ years leading contingent and/or BPO sales teams in a consultative environment.
  2. 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a tech environment, selling complex solutions or SaaS to businesses.
  3. Experience leveraging AI technology to support and develop sales teams.
  4. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of sales metrics and methodologies.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative culture.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision.
  7. Experience building and inspiring high-performing sales leaders and executing strategic plans.
  8. Passion for customers and for developing people.
