Group Payroll Assistant

What you'll do:

• Assist with processing permanent changes and variable payroll data
• Manual calculations of statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP
• Run month-end reports and reconcile payroll data
• Ensure HMRC and pension compliance, including auto-enrolment procedures
• Provide friendly, high-quality payroll service to all colleagues
• Maintain payroll data in the HR system accurately and securely

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years' payroll experienceSelf-motivated with a proactive mindset
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Able to work as part of a team and support wider goals
• Good understanding of IT and payroll systems - MHR iTrent knowledge an advantage
