Job Description
DFTO is seeking a Group Head of Talent Acquisition to transform recruitment and strategic resourcing across the Group. You will lead development of a modern, high-performing function and partner with sister teams to shape group-wide talent strategies.
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will drive executive and scarce-skills recruitment, modernise processes and technologies, and use data to improve quality of hire and candidate experience.
