Group Head of Quality

In this senior position, you'll report directly to the CEO and take ownership of the group's quality strategy, systems, and culture. You'll lead quality teams spanning several locations, driving high standards in the design, manufacture, and installation of precast concrete facades. Your focus will be on delivering continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence at all levels.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the Group Quality Strategy, aligning with broader business aims
• Lead and support quality teams across various sites and projects
• Oversee quality systems and maintain relevant accreditations
• Drive compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and ongoing improvement
• Manage quality performance across all project stages
• Lead non-conformance investigations and corrective actions
• Introduce and champion best-practice initiatives and digital quality tools
• Engage and advise internal and external stakeholders on quality matters
• Mentor and develop the wider group quality team

What Are We Looking For?

• Extensive senior-level experience in quality leadership within precast concrete, facades, or related sectors
• In-depth knowledge of concrete technology and ISO-certified systems
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder, and communication skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland
• Experience with lean or continuous improvement methods and Chartered Engineer status are desirable
