Group Head of Lettings Compliance & Risk

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward is seeking a Group Head of Lettings Compliance to lead the property compliance framework from our Wimbledon Head Office. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that our operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include developing compliance best practices, managing regulatory registrations, and providing guidance on complex issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property compliance and a collaborative attitude.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum.
