Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Lead and oversee the full finance function across multiple entities and geographies
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and outsourced finance partners
- Ensure strong cash flow management and working capital control
- Own monthly management accounts across multiple entities and countries, including consolidation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Maintain robust financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Provide financial insight and decision support to the CEO
- Provide timely monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO and the Board
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Strong hands on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is essential
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles in multi entity or international environments
- Experience in SME or growing organizations with hands on operational responsibility is strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing AR, AP, and operational finance processes
- Hands on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
