Group Head Chef: Lead Creative Menus & Kitchen Operations

Hopperslondon is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen, drive high-quality and innovative dishes, and contribute to menu development alongside the Directors. You will oversee prep schedules, stock control, budgeting, and the day-to-day management of the kitchen team, ensuring consistency across service.

The ideal candidate has experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality setting, with strong trend awareness, creativity, and leadership skills.
