Job Description

As Group FP&A Manager, you work in close collaboration with Trasis management. You play an important role in the financial and strategic steering of the company through your targeted analyses and the financial reports you provide.


Responsibilities


  • You are responsible for developing and overseeing the Group's financial planning and reporting functions. You are responsible for budgeting processes and multi-year financial plans.
  • You supervise all management control and FP&A at Group level. You lead the team and coordinate management control in the subsidiaries.
  • You interact with top management to define planning and budgeting strategies, while focusing on improving our performance and resource management to foster profitable growth.
  • You define the reporting and key indicators to be implemented and analyzed. You will implement financial modeling appropriate to the Group's businesses. You develop a culture of data and analysis to support rapid and reliable decision-making.
  • You draw up and define financial reports and comprehensive dashboards for senior management and stakeholders. You develop a culture of data and analysis to support rapid and reliable decision-making using KPIs.
  • You analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, understand the reasons for them and identify areas requiring corrective action. You provide recommendations for improving the Group's performance.
  • You participate in the evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. You actively participate in post-acquisition integration.
  • You develop accurate forecasting models, taking into account economic factors, market trends and potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate the latter and take advantage of opportunities.
  • You will participate in the implementation of the ERP system in the Group's various entities and contribute to the improvement of our information systems.
  • You collect and analyze competitors' financial and strategic data.
  • You carry out sector benchmarks and analyze market trends.
  • You produce monitoring reports for management.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings.


Profile


  • You have a Master's degree in Finance or equivalent through experience.
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in financial management with a focus on FP&A or corporate control in an international industrial environment.
  • You have a very good level of English.
  • You have relevant ERP experience and a good command of the Office Suite and BI tools.
  • Quality of work and respect for deadlines.
  • You have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multicultural teams and coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • You have the ability to explain complex subjects in simple terms and propose pragmatic, tailor-made solutions.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and are able to interact independently with all company functions and partners.
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude.
  • You are dynamic, independent and self-taught.
  • You have strong soft skills: curiosity, critical thinking, stress resistance, flexibility, customer and service focus, ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • You are comfortable taking initiatives and making decisions, and are results-oriented.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented.
