Group Fitness Coach (w/m/d)

F45 Training is the fastest-growing functional fitness network in the world, with over 2,000 studios across 50+ countries. Our 45-minute team sessions combine HIIT, circuit training, and functional movement - all pre-programmed, so our coaches can focus on what matters: coaching, connecting, and delivering results. We currently operate two studios in Vienna - Mariahilf and Nordbahnviertel - and are looking for an engaged, energetic coach to join our team.

• Deliver high-energy, results-focused F45 group training sessions
• Demonstrate all exercises with correct form, including regressions and progressions
• Actively engage with members on the floor and ensure safe, effective training
• Create a positive, motivational, and community-driven studio atmosphere
• Greet members by name and build genuine relationships
• Welcome trial members with consultations and studio walk-throughs
• Support membership acquisition and retention
• Contribute to social media content and community building
• Perform opening, closing, and between-class duties
• Maintain the studio to the highest standard at all times
• Work closely with the Head Coach and Studio Manager

• Social media competence (Instagram, Facebook)

Qualifications

Required

• Personal Trainer or Group Fitness certification - or degree / current studies in Sports Science
• Strong English communication skills
• Available to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends

Preferred

• Previous group fitness experience
• German language skills
