Group Financial Controller

We are recruiting an experienced, technically strong, group financial controller who can manage the monthly and year end reporting and external audit process across the Group, provide technical accounting expertise across all activities and work closely with financial services through a period of extensive change

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the core financial statements, including lender reports, each month and at year end

• Lead the external audit process, and key member of the Audit and Risk Committee

• Ensure strong controls are effective through the core finance processes

• Provide technical advice on financial reporting issues

• Responsible for various holding company accounts, and for processes, systems and reporting of the overseas entities to the Group

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Qualified accountant

• Strong technical accounting IFRS knowledge

• Five years experience of leading a multisite, including overseas, year end process

• Good interpersonal skills, team player, invested in business success
