Job Description

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support operational goals.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient financial resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Analyse financial data to support business growth and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience working with EMEA and US.
• Experience with ERP implementations.
• Multi-currency consolidation experience
• Vast experience with technical accountancy, financial controlling, audit, and management of transactional functions.
