AsGroup Financial Controller,you will oversee all aspects of financial management, reporting, and control across the group. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insight and operational support to enhance business performance and ensure sound financial decision-making. This is a hands on position offering the chance to shape processes, challenge the status quo, and contribute to the company's ongoing growth and success.

• Lead and develop the finance team, promoting accountability and growth.
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting, analysis, and insights for senior leadership.
• Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
• Manage cash flow and day to day financial operations.
• Partner with business leaders to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Challenge processes and champion continuous improvement.

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong post qualification experience.
• Proven success in a senior finance role within a commercial environment.
• Confident leader with sharp commercial insight and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and ready to make an impact.
