Proven track record of working in a senior finance roleA proven man-manager who is goals-orientated and has a proven track record of achieving results Excellent organisational and communication skillsA strategic thinker who is able to 'rise above' the day-to-day operations and be aware of the organisation's directionBe an individual of stature who has huge presence and the skill and ability to influence others Confident individual who have passion for what they do and is not afraid to talk out.
