Group Finance Director

A high-growth, privately owned business is seeking an exceptional Group Finance Director to join the Board at a pivotal stage of expansion.

Operating Internationally, the business requires a commercially astute finance leader to shape global financial strategy, strengthen governance and drive performance across multiple international entities.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will:

• Lead the Group's financial strategy and Board reporting
• Oversee international reporting, controls and compliance
• Drive margin optimisation, working capital and operational performance
• Lead global tax, treasury and transfer pricing
• Develop and strengthen a high-performing finance function

This is a hands-on, strategic role with significant influence over the future direction of the business.

The Candidate

• ACA qualified (preferred)
• Strong experience within the manufacturing sector
• Proven track record in international, multi-entity environments
• Deep understanding of tax, treasury and cross-border compliance
• Commercially sharp with Board-level presence
