What you will be doing- Lead and manage the team as a proactive, highly skilled and engaged team, providing strong financial support to the business and delivering high quality reporting.
- Statutory reporting - IFRS plus PERG requirements and gradual move towards Plc compliant reporting (process, data integrity & internal controls).
- Management of the audit process.
- Preparation of board and investor balance sheet and cashflow reporting.
- Preparation of both regular and ad-hoc reports to the Audit Committee.
- Bank and rating agency reporting and compliance with Senior Facilities Agreement including preparation of all interest payments and management of lender queries.
- Assist in recruitment and retention of highly skilled staff.
