Group Estates Projects Manager

Reporting directly to the Managing Director Corporate Services you will be responsible for managing estate projects ranging from new builds, refurbishment, remodelling and minor works.

You will manage the whole project life cycle from assisting in developing plans from inception, through various planning, tendering and construction phases through to fit-out, occupancy and snagging/defects.

This will require you to work across all College departments and sites and with external design team members and consultants. Projects could include strategic capital acquisitions, refurbishment of existing estate, demolitions and disposals. You will be based in Bridgwater but will work across all of our four sites in Taunton, Cannington and Strode.
