Reporting to the Group Chief Executive, the Group Director of Technology & Transformation will lead the delivery of major technology and transformation programmes. The postholder will play a pivotal role in helping Choice achieve its ambition to lead the market with the best solutions for its people, partners and customers. This is a broader role than traditional IT leadership, with advanced technology and transformation at its heart.

We are seeking a commercially minded technology and transformation leader with a track record of delivering major technology-enabled change in a complex, customer-focused organisation. The successful candidate will connect technology, data, processes and people-whether working remotely or on site-to improve customer experience, operational performance and value.
