It is ambitious, highly innovative and committed to continually improving performance and service quality at every level.

Reporting to the Group Chief Executive and serving as a key member of the Choice Group Senior Leadership Team, the Group Director of People and Culture will lead the organisation's people, culture and organisational development agenda. We are seeking a high-impact, commercially minded and accomplished people and HR leader with a proven record of transforming culture, strengthening leadership capability and delivering measurable improvement in a complex, customer-focused organisation.
