Rockliffe Hall, alongside The Pheasant Hotel and The Feversham Arms Hotel, forms part of the Rockliffe Group- a collection of distinctive, high end properties combining five star luxury with characterful boutique experiences.

With significant investment underway, including a multi million pound redevelopment and recent acquisition activity, the group is entering an exciting new phase of expansion, with a clear ambition to establish a brand defined by true local luxury with international appeal.

This newly created Group Chief Finance Officer role offers the opportunity to play a central role in that journey.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams
• Lead financial strategy across the portfolio, driving performance and supporting growth
• Help shape the future direction of the business
• Bring commercial insight and operational understanding to optimise profitability, enhance reporting and support investment decisions across multiple sites

Leadership & Culture

This is a true leadership role, combining strategic influence with hands on impact. You will partner closely with General Managers and functional leaders, build capability across the finance teams and help create a more integrated, high performing group.

Qualifications

A commercially minded Finance Director with experience in multi site or hospitality environments, who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, evolving business. Brings both credibility and energy, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact.
