Group Assistant Principal

EASTERN EDUCATION GROUP is looking to recruit a Group Assistant Principal - Inclusive Learning for its Bury St Edmunds campus. The position is full time (37 hours per week), permanent, with an annual salary of £60,603 - £73,473. Reference code: 5146.

• The strategic development of Inclusive Learning across the group
• SEND and Supported Learning provision
• Entry Level and Level 1 curriculum pathways
• NEET and alternative provision programmes
• Community based and outreach learning opportunities
• Student wellbeing, engagement and progression initiatives
• Cross group SEND and inclusive practice development
• Relationships with local authorities, schools, employers and external partners
• Quality improvement, curriculum innovation and organisational growth

• Significant leadership experience within education
• Strong understanding of SEND and Inclusive Learning provision
• Experience driving quality improvement and raising learner outcomes
• Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent partnership building and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset coupled with strong operational delivery
