Rate of Pay

£21.90 - £24.40 per hour (depending on experience)

Duties

• Supervise groundworks activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme.
• Coordinate operatives and monitor quality standards.
• Oversee drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with company and client health and safety requirements.
• Complete site records and reports as required.
• Liaise with Site Management and subcontractors.
• Monitor productivity and quality of works.
• Attend and deliver toolbox talks and site briefings as required.

Experience/Skills Required

• Previous Groundworks Supervisory experience.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage and coordinate site teams effectively.
