Groundworker Foreman

Link-Force Ltd is seeking a skilled Groundworks Foreman to join a reputable construction project in Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing groundworks operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within safety regulations. This role involves managing groundworkers, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the project. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, practical experience in groundworks, and the ability to work efficiently on-site.

• Previous experience as a Groundworks Foreman or similar supervisory role
• Valid CSCS Card is mandatory
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage and supervise groundworks teams effectively
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience working on commercial construction projects is preferred
