Location: Lympstone Manor - 5 Luxury between Exeter and Exmouth

Salary: £26,436.80 plus approximately £5,000 per year in tronc

Hours: Full time

Relationships: Estates, Reception and Vineyard

What you'll be doing

• Interact with guests in a professional, friendly and confident manner
• Perform regular groundsman duties to maintain the aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas
• Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and weeding
• Collaborate with the Estate Manager to ensure outdoor spaces meet desired requirements
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience in groundskeeping and gardening is essential
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of plant care and landscape maintenance techniques
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
