Your Role:
Maintain and enhance residential sites across the region, ensuring they're safe, tidy, and visually appealing
Take on hands-on tasks such as mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and weeding to a professional standard
Care for shrubs and flower beds, assisting with planting, pruning, and seasonal work
Occasionally support landscaping projects, including turf laying and fencing
Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment to keep them in top condition
Work closely with your team to create a positive and productive working environment

What You Need:

A full UK driving licence

A readiness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

A positive attitude and strong team spirit

Experience Welcome - But Not Essential!

Whether you're an experienced Grounds Maintenance professional or someone looking to start a new career, we want to hear from you. If you have experience in mowing, hedge cutting, or landscaping, that's a bonus! If not, don't worry-we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. All we ask is a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (4:00 PM winter finish)
